About Robert
Robert Androsiglio attended Hofstra University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to obtain his law degree in 1990 and was admitted to the bar in February 1991.
Growing up in Astoria, Queens, Robert never forgot his roots. While putting himself through college and law school, he worked for the NYC Board of Education as a Handyman and Fireman—often spending long nights shoveling coal into school boilers to ensure there was heat for students the next day. Those humble beginnings taught him perseverance and compassion, and inspired his lifelong mission: to fight for people who may not have a voice to protect themselves.
Robert began his legal career at a small general practice firm, where he gained invaluable experience in all aspects of law—from drafting pleadings and memorandums to handling multiple trials. In 1995, he founded his own firm, focusing on personal injury cases. After 17 successful years, his firm merged with a New Jersey-based practice specializing in personal injury defense. As Managing Partner of the New York offices, Robert continued to handle all plaintiff personal injury matters personally.
In October 2018, driven by his passion for representing the injured, Robert founded Monarch Law Group—a firm dedicated exclusively to helping plaintiffs. He established the firm’s guiding principle:
“Give each client the personal attention they deserve, and treat them with a personal touch.”
Today, Robert takes great pride in the Monarch Law Group team, whose compassion and dedication consistently deliver outstanding results for clients. Every attorney and staff member shares the belief that their role extends beyond legal representation—they are here to help clients through every aspect of life with care, integrity, and respect.
